Vimoty is an independent informational platform about travelling internationally with dogs and cats. It summarises destination entry requirements, documents and airline pet policies, and links to the official sources behind them.

Vimoty is not a government authority, an airline, a veterinary practice, a law firm or a pet relocation agency. Nothing on the site is veterinary, legal or official advice, and using the site does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

Requirements for pet travel depend on the country of departure, the destination, the animal, its history and the airline and route chosen. Rules and airline policies can change at any time, sometimes without notice, and exceptions may apply to your particular journey.

The content on Vimoty is provided for general orientation only. It may be incomplete, simplified or out of date at the moment you read it.

4. Your responsibility to verify

Before booking and before travelling, you are responsible for confirming the current requirements with the competent government and veterinary authorities for your route, and the current transport conditions with your airline.

Where information on Vimoty differs from an official source or from your airline, the official source and the airline prevail.

5. Permitted use

You may use the site to read and research pet travel information for your own personal or internal business purposes, and you may link to our pages.

• Do not attempt to interfere with, overload, probe or circumvent the security of the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use automated systematic extraction, scraping or bulk copying of the content without our prior written permission.
• Do not republish substantial parts of the content as your own, or present it in a way that misleads others about its source or accuracy.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Vimoty name, logo, site design, editorial text and the way the information is organised and presented belong to Vimoty or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Underlying legal requirements, official texts and airline policies belong to their respective authorities and companies. Referring to them here does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

The site links to external government, veterinary and airline resources so you can verify information at its source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or accuracy.
